Mental Health Resources
Through my book and Twitter, Facebook, Google+ and other social media, I have made many good friends, both personal and organisational. In my own experience, seeking help is intensely private, and it’s often difficult to make that first move. Then comes the question – is this what I need, or is this person,
or this organisation going to satisfy the biggest issue – that of chemistry and trust. The following links are to organisations I respect, even though my personal experience with them is limited. I leave you to choose and hope something strikes a chord. These are mental health resources that I hope you may find useful.
If you would like to recommend others, or indeed you represent such an organisation, plase let me know and I will look to add to the list.
Good luck!
